Rogier Taylor and Hans Schut, the founders of GrowPromoter, previously did marketing projects together at a large company. They soon noticed that measuring customer satisfaction was not easily accessible, certainly not for SMEs. Only at the corporate level there appeared to be a library of questionnaires, but there was no further follow-up after the questions were answered. With the emergence of SaaS (Software as a Service), they saw a gap in the market for measuring customer and employee satisfaction. How does it work?
“A team that thinks up the best questions, identifies weaknesses, translates management information into targeted actions and advises on taking the next step.
