Below you will find for each of these groups which categories of personal data we process, for what purpose we process this personal data, on what legal basis this is and for how long the personal data will be retained.
Ad.1: Customers:
Name and address details of (potential) customers are processed with the aim of contacting them and inform them about our services, because we have an agreement and to maintain the relationship resulting from this agreement or invoicing of an assignment. The legal basis for this is a legitimate interest or an existing contract. For (potential) customers we keep data for a retention period of 7 years, starting after the last contact.
Ad.2: Employees
Name, address and contact details, salary, ID and personal development data of employees are processed with the aim of an employment contract or to stimulate professional development. The legal basis for this is an employment contract. For employees we keep data for a retention period of 7 years, starting after the last contact.
Ad.3. Applicants
In addition to name, address and other contact details, application details (resumes) of applicants are also processed with the aim of to assess candidates’ suitability, The legal basis for this is consent from the involved person. For applicants we keep data for a retention period of 1 year, starting after completion of the application procedure.
Provide personal data to third parties
In principle we don’t provide your personal data to third parties. However we do share your data with parties if this is necessary in order to perform the agreement between you and NetRom and/or a legal obligation dictates to us.
Events and workshops
During events and workshops we deal selectively and with integrity in taking and using photos and videos. We use these photos and videos for reporting purposes and can use these for online publications on our website and LinkedIn. Prior to our events and workshops participants will be asked for their consent. If a participant wishes not to be photographed, our internal Privacy Coordinator (see contact details at the bottom of this privacy statement) will be informed prior to the event or workshop.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, modify or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to revoke your consent or object against the processing of your personal data by NetRom Software B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means you have the right to transfer your processed personal data to you or a third party on your request.

To ensure the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to identify yourself and to send a copy of your proof of identity along with the request.
